Maud Vande Veire (BE, 1978) lives and works in Antwerp. She studied graphic design at Sint-Lucas (Ghent, BE), mixed media at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts (Ghent, BE) and participated at the Werkplaats Typografie (Arnhem, NL).
Maud Vande Veire creates a versatile body of work using a wide range of media. Rather than an overarching theme or a refined craftsmanship, her personal working method is the unifing element of her work. Each starting point implies a different approach, leads to its own proces and practice, often culminating in extensive projects.
In 2009 she founded From Me To You Publications, a publication platform dedicated to her own artist books.
